Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking highly organised and results-driven Engagement / Program Managers who can oversee multi-stream transformation programs across Nexora’s client portfolio. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client executives to ensure seamless delivery, governance, and impact realisation across strategic engagements.

This role involves program planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to Nexora’s transformation governance standards.

Location : Mumbai

Engagement Model :

Full-Time

Nexora provides comprehensive sales, pre-sales, and delivery management support through its dedicated business operations and governance team

Compensation :

₹15 to 25 lakhs annually (Fixed + Variable)

Ideal Profile :

• 10–15 years of experience in program or project management, PMO, or transformation governance
• Strong familiarity with Agile, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder programs in large enterprise settings
• Experience in setting up Value Realisation Offices (VROs) and performance dashboards for CXO reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery frameworks
• Passionate about enabling organisations to achieve transformation with measurable outcomes and disciplined execution
