Senior Manager – Human Resources will play a strategic and operational leadership role in developing, implementing, and managing HR initiatives that align with the business goals of the organization. This role will oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation & benefits, and compliance. The position requires a high level of integrity, leadership, and interpersonal skills to support a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely and quality placements.Develop and enhance onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration.Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance management cycle including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.Implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring.Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.Employee Engagement & Relations
Promote a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement.Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.Conduct employee engagement surveys and action planning.Compensation & Benefits
Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.Oversee benefits administration and vendor management.Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.Lead internal audits and risk mitigation efforts related to HR practices.HR Metrics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.Provide regular reports on HR KPIs to senior leadership.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).Master's degree or MBA with HR specialization (preferred).Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD (preferred).Experience :
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Skills & Competencies :
