About the Role :

At 9X Technology, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our web, mobile, and API-based applications through robust automated testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver software that meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Test Automation : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Test Execution : Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing, ensuring coverage across platforms and releases.
• Defect Management : Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Product) to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and validate features.
• Framework Enhancement : Enhance, optimize, and scale automation frameworks to ensure reusability, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Agile Participation : Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Quality Standards : Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, coding standards, and best practices in automation testing.
• Reporting : Generate and share detailed test reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility into product quality.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute ideas for improving testing processes, tools, and automation practices.
