Summary :

In a nutshell, you will be the Tech Lead on a project that deals with building and evolving an enterprise software product from scratch.

This software product optimises production planning for the label printing industry, reducing raw material wastage and improving overall manufacturing process efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Architecture You will be responsible for high-level system design and architecture for the product, driving architectural change / evolution whenever and wherever needed.
• Tech Leadership You will drive the key technology decisions on the project (technology choices, task prioritisation, work roadmap, etc.
• As a lead, you will guide your team to follow the best software engineering practices and clear their roadblocks.
• Stakeholder engagement You will actively engage with the client stakeholders as well as your teammates to keep them all on the same page w t the progress on the project.
• Hands-on coding This is a hands-on role.
• You will be expected to deliver web APIs, features and functionalities by writing clean code every day.
• Troubleshooting and monitoring You will be expected to resolve bugs and troubleshoot the system as and when required.
• You will also be expected to set up monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
