Roles and Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Insurance.
- Develop, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet business - targets, goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Provide branch personnel with training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Experience :
Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager Asst Branch Manager Branch Assistant Branch Operations ManagerKnowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, organizational skillsResults driven and customer focusedLeadership and human resources management skillsBS in Business Administration or related field.Skills Required
