Oxyzem Creative Agency is on the lookout for a well-experienced Business Development Manager who can drive growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. What you’ll do :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals tailored to client needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track leads, sales activities, and report progress with actionable insights.
You should have :
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or creative industry experience is a big plus).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business.A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or web solutions is a strong advantage.Perks :
