Duties / Roles Responsibilities
- Industry : preferred Paints, Building materials, Home Interiors with Domain : Architects and Interior Designer Business Development.
- Overall responsibility for topline for Primary, Secondary Tertiary sales in the region.
- Driving primary and secondary sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors to generate business opportunities.
- Driving architectural specifications to influence product adoption in projects and institutional sales.
- Generation of sales with architects and interior designers (ID)
- Maintain a working list of 50 architects / IDs
- Regularly develop architects / IDs for managing dropouts, if any.
- Product premiumization BDE is expected to generate sales from PU colours and focus on products like Polyester, Water Base, and Special Effects. Regular sale volume to come from PU products.
- Handling the sampling needs of architects and conversions through it.
- Site lead generation through the architects.
- Contractor lead and site team passing on to the sales team.
- Price finalization along with the sales team at the site level.
- Complete ownership of the Special Effects range.
- Participation in national and regional trade shows.
- Enrolment of architects in the loyalty program, i.e., Elite Club.
