What You’ll Do
Generate Leads & Build Pipeline :
Research and identify decision-makers in target accounts. Initiate contact via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn / social outreach.
Qualify Prospects :
Understand prospects’ challenges, pain points, and needs, setting them up for success with our solutions.
Collaborate with Account Executives :
Ensure smooth handoffs and maintain momentum through the sales cycle.
Become a Product Pro :
Gain deep knowledge of our LED lighting and sustainable solutions to clearly communicate their value.
Manage Data :
Keep CRM records up-to-date (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and track outreach performance.
Nurture Relationships :
Build trust through valuable follow-ups, product updates, and consistent engagement.
Crush KPIs :
Meet and exceed activity and conversion goals — every win boosts your earnings!
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years
in sales, lead generation, or customer service (B2B preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect across diverse prospects.
self-starter
who thrives independently while juggling multiple priorities.
Goal-oriented mindset
with a hunger to exceed expectations.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce / HubSpot experience is a plus).
Familiarity with LED lighting or energy-efficient products is a plus — but not required.
