Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Shopify), India. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and communicating with potential clients. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with Shopify merchants.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Grow and build enterprise customer base and relationships
• Upsell / cross sell custom features by understanding customer needs
• Content writing and video creation
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
