Role Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a CEO in the AeroTech industry, based in the India.

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning.

Key duties include developing and executing business strategies, managing company resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Required Qualifications

Finance and Operations Management skills

Business Planning and Strategic Planning experience

Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Proven track record in executive management roles

Experience in the AeroTech or Spacecraft industry is a plus

Relevant advanced degree preferred, such as MBA or related field

Compensation

Base : $250K / yr - OTE : $500K / yr

Base : 50% OTE - Variable : 50% OTE

Fixed pay : Base salary - Variable pay : Bonus + Commission + Profit sharing + Preferred shares (Equity)
