Job Title : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Outdoor Amusement Park

Location : Bangalore

Compensation : ₹20–25 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Industry : Hospitality, Entertainment & Leisure

Experience : 18–20+ Years

Work Mode : On-site (Full-time)

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall strategy, leadership, operations, and profitability of one of Bangalore’s top outdoor amusement parks. This role requires a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend business acumen, customer experience, and operational excellence to create a world-class family entertainment destination.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in hospitality, amusement, leisure, or large-scale entertainment operations, with proven success in driving growth, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define the vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap for the amusement park.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance visitor engagement, brand equity, and market share.
  • Identify and launch new business lines such as events, hospitality, partnerships, and retail opportunities.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of operations, financial goals, and long-term sustainability.

2. Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations including rides, attractions, F&B, events, and retail.
  • Drive operational excellence and safety standards as per global amusement park norms.
  • Implement a superior guest experience framework focusing on quality, cleanliness, and service.
  • Leverage analytics, visitor feedback, and technology to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
  • 3. Financial & P&L Management

  • Take full ownership of the park’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through ticketing, events, and commercial partnerships.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, budget adherence, and sustainable EBITDA margins.
  • Develop new revenue streams including corporate tie-ups and sponsorships.
  • 4. Marketing & Business Development

  • Lead brand positioning and marketing strategy to attract diverse visitor segments.
  • Drive digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with tourism boards, travel partners, and corporates to enhance footfall.
  • Represent the park in industry events, trade fairs, and community outreach programs.
  • 5. Leadership & People Management

  • Build, lead, and inspire a diverse cross-functional team.
  • Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
  • Oversee HR strategy for hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
  • Create a collaborative and engaging work environment promoting innovation and ownership.
  • 6. Safety, Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise ride inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Drive initiatives in sustainability and eco-friendly park operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Operations Management.
  • Additional certifications in Safety, Facility, or Park Operations preferred.
  • Experience : 18–20+ years overall, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven background in Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, Resorts, Malls, or Leisure Destinations.
  • Strong experience in Operations, Marketing, P&L, and Team Leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and deliver superior guest experiences.
