Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audits (Jan-Dec), tax audits (Apr-Mar), and ensure timely completion with minimal observations.
• Prepare financial statements as per IND AS and manage internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with Big 4 consultants for transfer pricing audits and tax filings.
• Generate monthly MIS reports with variance analysis (product margin, overheads, SGA).
• Monitor launch costs, new investments, and product-wise contribution margins.
• Manage cash flow and ensure SAP & Skills :

Education : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 1-5 years post-qualification ( minimum 2 years in Big 4 audit firm )

Technical Skills : IND AS, Transfer Pricing Compliance, SAP, Excel

Soft Skills : Leadership, confidentiality, problem-solving, interdepartmental coordination
