Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant cum Business Support at STORY DESIGN located in Noida. The role will involve tasks related to personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills to support the daily operations of the business.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Visiting Exhibitions to under market and explore opportunities. Follow up with clients for meetings and business related support.
• Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Diary Management and Clerical Skills and office day today work for Admin and operations
• Travelling for meeting with the team sometimes may be required in DelhiNCR / out of station
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Exp - 1-3 years
