Who You’ll Work With
In this Professional Services role, you will work closely with various stakeholders including clients’ network and IT teams, Arista's internal engineering and support teams, project managers, and technical leadership. Collaboration extends to design and deployment engineers, operations personnel, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, migration, and support of Arista network solutions. You will also interact directly with customer technical staff for requirement gathering, design validation, knowledge transfer, and training, while coordinating with Arista’s technical support and product teams to deliver optimized, scalable, and production-ready network infrastructures.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze customer situation to develop requirements
- Gather technical requirements for the purpose of designing a network to be deployed.
- Develop and provide designs in line with requirements
- Write High and Low Level Design documents based on gathered requirements for guidance and reference during and after Arista network deployment
- Fabric Design, discussion, and review with client to meet their requirement
- Implementation and migration planning detail and support
- Write and execute test plans for the purpose of validating newly deployed Arista networks once the deployment is complete in order to ensure new infrastructures are capable of carrying production network traffic.
- Work with customers to plan, write, and execute Methods of Procedure documents outlining steps to seamlessly migrate production network traffic from legacy infrastructure to the newly deployed Arista Network Fabric.
- Perform Knowledge Transfer Training on Arista network Designs, Platforms, and Features to Arista Professional Services customers.
- Assist project Management in developing project plans to track deployment project task execution, communication cadence with customers, and timelines.
- Travel to customer locations as and when required.

Technical Capabilities
Specializing in Design and Deployment of Industry Leading Networking Solutions.Ability to develop accurate and meaningful requirements.High level and low level design experience for Spine leaf infrastructure.Strong exposure to packet capture level troubleshooting.Proven track record of successful and timely delivery of assigned tasks.Technical Support experience in networking domain with Experience on Arista Equipment have added advantageExperience in Spine-leaf Architect (L2LS / L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF and other Networking protocols and conceptsFor Architect Role : In-depth knowledge of OSPF, ISIS, BGP, L2 Technologies, Multicast Experience in DC or SP or Enterprise level network architecture Added Technologies advantageL2 Technologies (STP, PVST, MSTP, RSTP, EtherChanel)Troubleshooting Network issues, Provisioning of new services on the network.Understanding of MPLS and SP core network would be added advantage (for Architect role)Performing Upgrades , OS patch, vulnerability for Arista DevicesModule Configurations and optimizations Induction of New Arista Switches into running fabricPerform UAT on newly deployed nodes. Hardening of New Arista SwitchesBasic level knowledge of Linux, Python / Bash scripting, VMwareExperience of delivering technical and operational training to customersQualifications, skills and experience :
Industry experience focused on IP networks.10-15 Years, Specialization in Service Provider DomainA computer science (or similar) degreeArista EOS and Cloud Vision experienceFor Architect Role : Led and delivered several projects including greenfield implementations, complex migrations and integration efforts.CCIE and / or JNCIE certifications / equivalents, security certifications such as CISSP / equivalentsExcellent written and verbal skillsAdditional Information
