Job description3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs / SDRs. You are hands-on with outbound prospecting You know your way around cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, and have the wins to prove it. You enjoy coaching and mentoring — helping your team grow is something you genuinely care about Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and always on the lookout for ways to streamline things You think in data — you like tracking what’s working and adjusting quickly when things aren’t
One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a BDR Lead to join the business and help the Founder scale the BDR team.
Responsibilities
- Own pan-India mid-market new revenue targets
- Do everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there’s always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs
- Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook
- Track performance metrics, dig into the data, and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate
