Executive Vice Preident / Vice President - Korean Client Services

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Korean Client Services team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Chennai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Assistant Vice President / Senior Relationhip Manager – Koreaon Client Services

We will count on you to : .

Responsible for new business development for KCS desk Pan India.

Co-ordination and close communication with Marsh Korea for Global Programmes.

Responsible for cross selling of products for Global clients.

Co-ordination with various branch colleagues across India for effective client servicing.

Maintain relationship with Korean insurance companies .

Perform as primary interface for Global Management with regards to customer escalations.

Creating and implementing business planning processes and support in strategy development.

Drive critical business decisions by analysing metrics and designing reports.

Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.

Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

What you need to have :

10+ years of experience in insurance industry managing corporate and multinational clients.

Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.

Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.

Domain knowledge preferred

MBA from a reputed B – School

Understanding of Trade Receivables Business, Financial statements and proficiency in Insurance fundamentals.
