Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Derivatives Specialist, located on-site in Pune. The Derivatives Specialist will be responsible for conducting and analyzing trades, with a focus on financial derivatives such as swaps. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating trading strategies, executing trades efficiently, and managing risk associated with derivatives trading. The role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with trading and managing financial derivatives, specifically swaps
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative data
• Proficiency in quantitative finance concepts
• Background in finance or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate highly technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• Experience in a high-stakes financial environment is a plus
• Industry level certifications must.
