Role Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard qualified candidates across departments. This role will collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to ensure timely hiring, strong candidate pipelines, and a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand hiring needs by collaborating with HR Manager and department heads.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process — negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Manpower Planning & Forecasting
Support HR Manager in planning workforce requirements.Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.Build a candidate pipeline for recurring or urgent roles.3. Employer Branding & Networking
Contribute to employer branding through social media and outreach.Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.Draft creative and engaging job postings.4. Process & Compliance
Follow standard recruitment procedures and ensure documentation accuracy.Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.Ensure compliance with company and labor laws during recruitment.5. Onboarding Support
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding schedules.Facilitate smooth handover to HR operations for induction.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Time management and multitasking capability for multiple positions.Negotiation skills and candidate relationship management.Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.Prior experience in [education / training / service] industry preferred.Skills Required
