Role Overview

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of technical skill sets, proactive sourcing strategies, and the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill needs, and team dynamics.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Security Engineers).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, candidate engagement, interviews, negotiation, and offer closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by timely communication and feedback.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights in the technical hiring space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technical hiring .
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and roles in software development, cloud, infrastructure, and data.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring niche technical talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
