We are currently looking to hire a SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

Location : India (Remote).

Experience : 8+ years.

Contract 12 months, extendable.

Shift : APAC Shift 6.30 am to 4 pm IST.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
• Integrate payroll with SAP FI, SAP Time Management, and third-party tools (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors, Workday, banking interfaces).
• Handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.
• Collaborate with Time Management and PA / OM teams to ensure smooth upstream data flow.
• Perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
• Support interface development and mapping for outbound / inbound data with external systems.
• Create and maintain documentation : functional specs, test cases, SOPs, payroll calendars.
• Assist in payroll issue resolution, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver timely solutions.
