Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant(Webdynpro & Workflow) with strong expertise in SAP HCM, WebDynpro for ABAP, and SAP Business Workflow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of customized SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• (SAP ABAP HR Development) Develop custom reports, infotypes, and interfaces using logical databases (PNP / PNPCE).
• Handle payroll and time data using HR function modules (e.g., HR_READ_INFOTYPE).
• (WebDynpro for ABAP) Design and build WebDynpro applications (standalone and FPM-based).
• Integrate with SAP Portal or Fiori Launchpad and consume OData services.
• (SAP Workflow Design) Develop and manage custom workflows for HR processes (e.g., leave approval, hiring).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance.
• (HR Module Integration) Support PA, OM, and PY configuration and enhancements.
• Customize infotypes and extend standard processes using BADIs / User Exits.
• (RICEF Object Delivery) Build Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows for SAP ECC projects.
