Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and organized  HR cum Admin Executive  to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks at Design Lyric. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Coordinate payroll data, salary slips, and employee benefits.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
