Role & Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting : execute cold calling, targeted email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Manage inbound leads and demo scheduling : qualify enquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and hand off opportunities to account execs.
- Support digital marketing campaigns : create social posts, assist with paid ad setups, and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare sales collateral and proposals : build presentations, pricing sheets, and tailored messaging for prospects.
- Track and report KPIs weekly : pipeline status, conversion rates, campaign ROIs, and lead sources to improve funnel efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine messaging, identify upsell opportunities, and iterate on outreach sequences.
