Head of Sales

Job descriptionLead, train, and mentor the internal sales team. Ensure team productivity, CRM hygiene, and client follow-ups are on track. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Onboard, engage, and manage external channel partners and brokers. Coordinate with third-party marketing and lead generation vendors. Maximize deal closures and relationship longevity with sales facilitators. Own and track revenue from both direct sales and facilitated deals. Earn commission on each sale where your involvement or network plays a role. Identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities. Report weekly sales performance, forecast trends, and flag bottlenecks. Liaise with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth handoffs and lead flow. Collaborate with founders on growth and expansion plans. Proven experience (5+ years) in leading high-performance sales teams Strong real estate, B2B, or luxury product sales experience preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to build systems, mentor junior team members, and scale fast Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation workflows Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led setup Attractive performance incentives & bonuses on every successful deal Opportunity to earn passive commissions on partner-driven sales Autonomy and trust to build your own systems and shape the sales division Work closely with leadership and contribute to strategic decisions A chance to lead the sales engine of one of Goas most exciting real estate ventures
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Sales Head to lead and scale all sales operations at Melhor Group. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing the internal sales team, liaising with third-party vendors and channel partners, and owning the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
