Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager for its keys located in North Goa. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts across multiple properties including new launch within the cluster. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for visiting various potential markets and meeting travel agents across segments like FIT, corporate, leisure groups etc. and to align property show around, handling negotiations and contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and acquiring new potential markets
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience is similar role is a must.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
