Role
Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager — Lead commercial growth by building corporate relationships, converting MICE and group business, and driving digital and offline marketing initiatives to maximise hotel revenue and market share.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales & marketing plans to meet or exceed room, F&B and events revenue targets across assigned property(ies).
- Prospect, negotiate and close corporate and key account contracts; retain and expand strategic client relationships to ensure repeat business and optimized account mix.
- Drive MICE and group sales : respond to RFPs, manage site inspections, prepare competitive proposals and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (SEO / SEM, social, email) and manage OTA / third‑party channel presence to boost direct bookings and visibility.
- Coordinate closely with Revenue Management and Operations to set dynamic pricing, allocate inventory, and execute yield strategies for peak profitability.
- Maintain sales pipeline, prepare weekly / monthly forecasts and KPI reports, and mentor / coordinate with on‑site sales staff to improve conversion metrics.
