Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Karjat. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer service, handling receptionist duties, and working closely with the sales team to meet guest needs. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries and issues, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Sales skills and ability to meet guest needs effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management or related field are beneficial
