About the Role

AutoBhan – Mahindra is looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to support our Passenger Vehicle Sales and Service departments. The role involves handling outbound calls, customer engagement, appointment fixing, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and dealership teams.

Role 1 : Tele-Sales Telecaller (4 Openings)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Provide product information related to Mahindra passenger vehicles
• Generate leads and fix appointments for test drives or showroom visits
• Maintain call logs and daily reporting
• Support sales team with follow-ups

Role 2 : Service Follow-Up Tele caller (4 Openings)
