We are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service and sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through phone calls, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.

Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
