Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kochi. The Telesales Specialist will focus on generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting prospects into customers through professional communication. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, providing exceptional support, promoting services, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and support.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and lead-generation expertise
• Ability to effectively participate in and facilitate Training initiatives
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• English language proficiency is must. Additional languages are add on
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
• Experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage
