Job descriptionManage incoming calls Accurate and prompt data entry of sales orders Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Generate sales leads and provide quotations to customers within price guidelines and follow up Provide customers with ongoing technical and product support Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools Meet personal / customer sales and service team sales targets and call KPI’s Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers and build relationships with internal & external customers General Administration Proven customer sales and support experience (2-5 years’ experience) Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Computer literate and familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively SAP Experience (preferred although not essential) Aluminium industry system knowledge (preferred although not essential)

Our client is looking for a customer-oriented sales and service coordinator. This person will have a positive, resilient and confident personality and will act as a liaison with major accounts, provide product / services information, process orders, complete quotes, negotiate sales and resolve any customer related matters.
Previous experience working in the Aluminium / Steel construction industry and using SAP is highly desired.
