About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead our Solar Sales operations in Visakhapatnam . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in channel sales, field sales, and distribution management within the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers to drive solar product sales.
• Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand channel networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business growth.
• Ensure timely distribution and product availability across the region.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates for management.
