Major Responsibilities
- Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan.
- Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory
- Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met
- Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners
- Lead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff.
- Develop a high-performance sales culture.
Role expectations
15–18 years of experience in FMCG / Dairy Sales. Exp., in Dairy industry in an added advantageStrong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activitiesAbility to handle large teams and multiple stakeholdersPrerequisites :
FMCG / Dairy industry experience
Territory exposure
Handling Large Turn Over / Exposed to Large Scale of Operations
Managing Different Categories & Price Points
Must handle managerial / ASM level teams
