Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners in India to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets through channel partners
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our reach in the market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their success and loyalty
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of channel partner programs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel partner performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel partner performance and revenue generation to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field4-6 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the technology industryProven track record of achieving revenue targets through channel partnersStrong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partnersExcellent analytical skills to monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and channel partner performanceAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goalsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareWillingness to travel within India to meet with channel partners as neededSkills Required
