Growth and Marketing Fellowship

Job descriptionOwn and execute the paid marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Build, launch, and optimize high-performance campaigns with a focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV . Collaborate with content, design, and community teams to craft compelling creative assets that drive clicks and conversions. Set up, monitor, and analyze campaign dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to derive actionable insights. Lead A / B testing, retargeting, and growth hacks to scale awareness and engagement. Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategy with Tavastra's growth goals. 0–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition . Strong track record of running campaigns with measurable ROI. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms . Experience with funnels, tracking, pixels, attribution models, and analytics tools . Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel / Sheets, GA, and dashboards. A bias for experimentation and iteration — always testing, learning, and improving. Clear communicator with the ability to simplify data into actionable insights.
