Key responsibilities

  • Manage Tavastra's social media communication across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create bold, engaging, and on-brand content — from posts and reels to stories and long-form narratives.
  • Build and manage the social media calendar , aligning with brand campaigns, program milestones, and startup updates.
  • Collaborate with content designers, and performance marketers to craft campaigns with both reach and depth .
  • Engage actively with the community — founders, investors and advisors— through comments, DMs, and shares.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth) with clear insights.
  • Experiment with formats — reels, carousels, polls, live sessions, memes — to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Stay updated on trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to ensure Tavastra brand core elements reflect through all customer touchpoints.

    • What are we looking for

  • 0–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content strategy .
  • Strong sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and brand tonality .
  • Has been an influencer themselves and has deep knowledge of community management.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative flair to craft scroll-stopping content.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with an ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments .
