Support hiring process through coordination & arrangementsEnsure smooth onboarding experience for new joinersFacilitate implementation of probation processSupport graduate hiring & engagement activitiesEnsure smooth implementation of exit process & record keepingPrepare HR letters for employeeDrive employee wellness committee functioning & wellness initiatives for PDG IndiaAct as the first contact point for employee queries related to people processes & benefitsManage vendor partners : Onboarding, invoicing and service complianceManage employee benefit implementation : coordination & maintenance of employee dataLead scheduling, logistics & communication for employee awareness sessionsDrive employee participation in key people processesScheduling 1-1s / team connect sessionsImplementation of POSH compliance actionsWhat we are looking for :
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with 6-8 years of HR experience in fast-paced companies.Good understanding of HR Processes applicable to an employee lifecycleProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointGood English communication skills (verbal & written)Good understanding of key HR processesAbility to manage business stakeholders with varying levels of seniorityAble to be physically present in officeProactive & self-driven individualEnsure quality delivery with speedPlease note : This position is outsourced to a third party.
