This role is on a Digital Transactions and Identity team in the lululemon technology organization. lululemon Engineering is dedicated to building secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and partners. As Technology Manager, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business, engineering and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals

A day in the life :

• Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach
• Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with technology leaders in North America and other partner teams.
• Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and engineering maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering
• Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by helping remove any blockers
• Manage the resource and delivery plans for the team.
• Ensure the right skills are being used to solve the right problems by supporting the team with coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
• Being a role model and lead awareness and training for your team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action.

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and cloud infrastructure for a billion-dollar retail enterprise operating from India in close partnership with North America. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS), microservices architecture, AWS cloud, and AI-infused DevOps practices, while also being a strong people leader and vendor manager.
