Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktop systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of desktop hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including networking issues.
• Assist users with desktop-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
• Maintain and manage inventory of desktop hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement hardware solutions and improve system performance.

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 2,00,000 . The work schedule is during the day, and the position is based on-site in the following locations : Bhiwandi, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai City .
