Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies, manage content creation, and optimize social media platforms for audience engagement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals, monitor performance metrics, and use data to refine strategies. The role also includes staying updated on the latest social media trends to create compelling campaigns that engage and grow brand communities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
• Proactive approach to staying updated with emerging social media trends and tools
• Analytical mindset to measure and interpret performance metrics
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably working with global or emerging brands
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
