What You'll Be Up To :

Transform Client Briefs : Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for different departments. Client Engagement : Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.

Brand Communication : Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

Operational Management : Handle day-to-day operational tasks seamlessly.

Meeting Documentation : Accurately record meeting minutes and ensure clear communication. Follow-Up : Monitor and ensure timely job delivery from internal teams.

Brand Stewardship : Advocate for the brand internally, ensuring consistent messaging and information flow. Market

Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify product need gaps. Brand Custodian : Serve as the brand's guardian, maintaining its integrity and positioning.

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in customer service as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative. Prior experience in an agency setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated and deadline-driven.

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Strong listening skills.

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
