We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance domain

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and strategic planning while working on enterprise-level projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work as a Business Analyst / Business Consultant in the BFSI domain, specifically in insurance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed requirement definitions and use cases.
• Conduct business analysis, including process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, and RACI matrices.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication, coordinating between business and technical teams.
• Work on third-party integrations and ensure seamless implementation.
• Understand architecture principles and technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation.
• Support business development teams in pre-sales activities.
• Work in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, etc.) to create detailed documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
