Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on, creative, and analytical marketer
who can own all aspects of marketing at Valiance—from storytelling and brand building to product positioning and pre-sales enablement.
You’ll work directly with leadership, delivery, and product teams to shape how the world perceives Valiance, communicate our impact through content, and drive visibility across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication
Define and maintain Valiance’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Develop compelling narratives around our products, projects, and partnerships (e.G., Google Cloud, NVIDIA).
Manage the company website, social media channels, and ensure content is always updated and consistent.
Content & Campaigns
Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, email campaigns, infographics, and videos.
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns for product launches, client success stories, and thought leadership.
Experiment with new formats using AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.
Product & Pre-Sales Marketing
Collaborate with delivery and product teams to translate complex AI solutions into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
Prepare pre-sales collateral such as decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies to support business development.
Maintain a central repository of updated sales enablement material.
Employer Branding
Partner with HR to build Valiance’s employer brand through culture posts, team highlights, hiring announcements, and thought-leadership content.
Ensure the careers section and LinkedIn presence reflect life and growth opportunities at Valiance.
Events & Partnerships
Represent Valiance at conferences, partner summits, and industry events—communicating our offerings confidently.
Manage event-related marketing including presentations, booth collateral, and post-event follow-ups.
Analytics & Insights
Monitor engagement metrics across all marketing channels and share actionable insights to refine content strategy.
Track competitor activities, emerging AI market trends, and positioning opportunities for Valiance.
Skills & Experience
Experience :
1–3 years in B2B tech marketing, ideally within AI, data, or enterprise technology startups.
Ownership :
Go-getter attitude with strong sense of accountability and minimal supervision.
Creativity & Storytelling :
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical Mindset :
Comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and refining strategies based on data.
Collaboration :
Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, tech, and delivery teams.
Tools :
PowerPoint, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter / X, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mailchimp / HubSpot, Google Analytics, and popular AI tools for marketers.
Bonus :
Working knowledge of SEO, basic video editing (CapCut / Descript), or design tools like Figma.
