Position - Import Document Executive

Location - Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 3 + Year in Logistic Company

Job Description

• Should have good knowledge of custom tariff. Preparing Checklist
• Handling Air & Sea documentation of import related to custom clearance.
• Prepare all pre & post document of import custom clearance documents like, as preparation of checklist, online filling of bill of entry, passing bill of entry on Ice gate.
• Preparing for E- Sanchit procedure on Ice gate.
• Follow up with shipping line taking arrival details, IGM / ITEM, shipping line charges etc.
• Arrange documents & payment for Delivery order (D / O) & process for D / O.
• Calculate & process taxes & duties.
• Follow up with CFS for arrival of container in CFS.
• Update all records related to import documentation.
• Send the documents to field staff for custom clearance.
• Co-ordinate with dock person related to import documentation.
• Co-ordination with shipping line / CFS, scrutiny of the documents.
• Send updated DSR to management on daily basis.
• Maintain MIS report of all shipments & send it to client on day-to-day basis.
• Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.
