Role Overview :
We are hiring for Associate - Key Account Associate – Sales / Business Development role to manage and expand our client base. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while also identifying and securing new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and new revenue streams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the Zetexa network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and improve retention.
- Regularly track and report performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
