Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective Ultra HNI clients and provide exceptional, consultative service.
Conduct property tours and present Isprava villas, explaining every feature, customisation possibility, and brand value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and lifestyle aspirations.
Handle all pre-sale and post-sale client interactions, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to align customization requests with feasibility.
Stay updated on project timelines, pricing, availability, and features to communicate with precision.
Represent Isprava at luxury events, private previews, and client meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure all client queries are handled efficiently.
Desired Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in luxury sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles with premium brands.
Prior exposure to Ultra HNI clientele is
mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and sophisticated demeanour.
Ability to present complex project details with simplicity and clarity.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Goa familiarity or previous local experience is a plus.
