Ensure timely delivery of Email projects with high quality.
Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives.
Work with Project / Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks.
Onboard new services and conduct training workshops.
Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between PM / AM layer and execution team.
Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently.
Manage delivery of 1 : 1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates.
Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities.
Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards.
Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Identify productivity improvements and guide team in technical and domain aspects.
Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans.
Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members.
What will you need
6 years of minimum working experience on any Marketing Automation Platform(SFMC / Eloqua / Marketo / Adobe Campaign)
Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring workload distribution and timely delivery of projects.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and align on priorities.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills, platform knowledge, and adherence to best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, project management) to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and maintain updated documentation for team reference.
Ensure team compliance with organizational processes, security protocols, and quality standards.
