Tech Lead - Email Marketing

What will you do

• Ensure timely delivery of Email projects with high quality.
• Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives.
• Work with Project / Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks.
• Onboard new services and conduct training workshops.
• Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between PM / AM layer and execution team.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently.
• Manage delivery of 1 : 1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates.
• Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities.
• Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards.
• Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Identify productivity improvements and guide team in technical and domain aspects.
• Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members.
