Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools, analytical ability, and a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient CAC (customer acquisition cost).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
2. Campaign Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Social, App Install, Remarketing, etc.).
- Continuously A / B test ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
3. Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to drive data-backed decisions.
- Generate weekly / monthly reports and share insights with stakeholders.
4. Growth & Innovation
- Identify new channels and growth opportunities (Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Programmatic, etc.).
- Stay updated with platform changes, digital trends, and best practices.
- Implement automation tools for campaign efficiency and scaling.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Data Studio.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or startup environments is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and storytelling in ads.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
