Key Responsibilities :
Growth & P&L :
- Own GMV / NSV, CM2 / CM3, and TACoS, creating monthly and weekly growth plans per channel.
- Build bottoms-up forecasts and drive demand shaping via promotions, AMS / Flipkart Ads, and Q-commerce placements.
Assortment, Content & Merchandising :
Define channel-wise assortment and price ladders; launch NPDs rapidly.Ensure PDP best practices (titles, bullets, A+ content), image / video standards, and storefront optimization.Drive Share of Voice through keyword strategy; manage Buy Box, ratings (>4.4), and review velocity.Performance & Trading :
Plan and execute campaign calendars (event sales, brand days, payday bursts).Monitor and optimize AMS / Sponsored Ads / Flipkart Ads / Nykaa Ads (keyword mining, ACOS control, bid automation, query mapping).Maximize Q-commerce visibility through hero slots, banner placements, sampling, and bundles.Operations, Supply & SLAs :
