Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Intern :
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.
- Source candidates from job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Screen applications and create a pipeline of potential talent to meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Assist in sharing offer letters and supporting basic negotiation discussions where applicable.
- Help with pre-employment documentation and conducting reference checks.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate joining formalities & documentation.
- Facilitate timely introductions of new hires to their teams.
- Strive to create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the HR team in other day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives, as assigned.
